What is the Pet Policy?


We allow 1 pet per unit with a Damage/Security Deposit: $150.00 + Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $350.00 = Total: $500.00 (due prior to pet taking occupancy)  Additional Pet Rent: $30.00 (per month of pet occupancy) 
*Non-Refundable Pet Fee will not be used towards damages caused by pet. 


If a second pet is allowed: Additional Damage/Security Deposit: $150.00 (due prior to pet taking occupancy) Additional Pet Rent: $30.00 (per month of pet occupancy) 


What's needed from you to add your pet:

  • pet photo
  • vet records (shots, spay/neuter verification)

For service animals we will require our Service Animal Agreement accompanied with your doctor’s note, pet shot records and photo.

Restricted Dog Breeds

  • Pit Bull / Staffordshire Terrier / Bull Terrier
  • Mastiff/ Cane Corso
  • Rottweiler
  • German Shepherd
  • Husky (case by case)
  • Chow Chow
  • Doberman Pincher
  • Akita
  • Wolf Hybrid
  • Malamute


Anything mixed with a restricted breed is not authorized to live in the home.


Caged Animal Pet Policy:

  • 1 cage or aquarium per bedroom
  • hamsters, gerbils, guinea pig, bird, etc require a $125 non refundable fee, and a $125 deposit along with a signed caged animal agreement
  • reptiles have the same requirements as above (NO HEAT LAMPS)
  • Fish tanks are allowed if under 10 gallons


Animals in like size to a rabbit, ferret, etc are PROHIBITED
