Animal Information & Required Documents

Graf Investments welcomes pet ownership and allows up to two animals per home. All animals must be approved by management prior to move-in or being added to the lease. Exceptions may be considered with prior approval. Please be sure to thoroughly review our Animal section—and if you have any questions, our team is here to help you navigate the guidelines.

Standard Fees for One Animal:

Refundable Damage/Security Deposit: $150
Non-Refundable Animal Fee: $350
Total Due Before Animal Occupancy: $500
Monthly Animal Rent: $30

Note: The non-refundable animal fee will not be applied toward any damage caused by the animal.

Second Animal (If Approved):

Additional Refundable Deposit: $150
Additional Monthly Rent: $30

Required Documents:

To register your animal, please provide:

A recent photo of the animal
Veterinary records showing up-to-date vaccinations
Proof of spay/neuter from your vet

All documentation and fees must be submitted and approved before the animal enters the unit.

Important Notes:

Certain breed or size restrictions may apply based on property location.
Animals must be house-trained and well-behaved to remain in the unit.
Residents are responsible for cleaning up after their animals and ensuring they do not become a nuisance to neighbors.

Service Animals

For service animals we will require our Service Animal Agreement accompanied with a medical provider's note, pet shot records and photo.
